As a physician, for the last sixteen years I have marveled at the tenacity of those patients who settle for a life of habitual self abuse, disappointment, suffering and despair. It is a matter of settling for less! Accepting that we are less than what we truly are! Clients seeking help seemed to hold on to judgments and limitations resulting in subdued expression hiding their true blessings as divine beings. Utilizing conscious, insight-based talk therapy, occasionally left my patients with clear understanding of their problems, but the problems persisted. It became clear that insight alone was often insufficient to make real and lasting change. There seemed to be no light at the end of the "therapy tunnel". This limitation led me to PSYCH-K.

PSYCH-K is a simple, scientific, spiritual process whereby you can actually access the programs (beliefs) algorithms that run your life. Through the use of PSYCH-K, a method utilizing tried and true research and clinical experience, you can not only access the “beliefs” you hold at a sub-conscious level, but actually change them! The printout of your life can drastically change according to your desires. This process is safe and done “with permission”!

During the PSYCH-K process the client is immediately put in the “driver’s seat”. Yes, it’s about “YOU” not the facilitator. The PSYCH-K process is a “do with” process, not a “do to” or “do on” process. To make changes in your life you must have your power back!
During the PSYCH-K sessions I walk with you on your journey of “re-discovery”. If we are to change the world, then it must start with aligning our beliefs to reflect our desires.
PSYCH-K has been accepted by the New Mexico State Board of Social Workers and awards CEU credits for the course. Dr. Steven Anthony is an APPROVED PROVIDER for CEU credits for Texas Massage Therapists, Social Workers, Counsellors and Psychologists! Dr. Anthony also been successful in introducing PSYCH-K into the New Mexico Corrections System and has been accepted locally as alternative counseling for those convicted of DUI.
The Basic PSYCH-K process is taught in a two day experiential workshop and gives you a very powerful tool that will last a lifetime. This is not a motivational seminar!
